Meet the co-Founders
Alessandra Soresina
Wildlife Biologist, Author, and Ski Instructor, she has been involved in the conservation of large African mammals for over 20 years. After a master thesis in Biological Sciences, she began her research work in Africa, where she was at the head of a Lion Project in the Tarangire National Park in Tanzania for many years. After setting up a Snow Leopard project in the Himalayas with the University of Siena, and spending two years in Mozambique for the creation of a new protected area, she joined international teams conducting mammal and bird surveys in the most remote areas of Tanzania and theafrican countries .
In recent years, her efforts have been focusing on climate change and sustainable conservation through REDD+ projects (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation)
During the winter she is a ski instructor in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
In 2007, she published her first novel, "A piedi nudi" (Ed. Pendragon), which was finalist at the Edoardo Kihlgren Opera Prima literary award. In 2008, she released the photographic book "Un giorno da leoni" (Ed.Piemme), and in 2014, "Questa notte parlami dell’Africa" (Ed. Piemme) which was made into a film for the cinema (October 2022).
Chantal Ambrogi
Graduated from the London School of Public Relations, after almost fifteen years of work experience in the fashion industry as a Press Officer and Sales, she decides to broaden her creative horizons by graduating in London at the KLC School of Interior Design and later at the Covent Garden Academy of Flower Design. Of Italo-French origin, she grew up
between Tuscany in beautiful Maremma and France, between Paris and Burgundy. In her adult years, she lived between Milan and London. The various changes in residence accentuated her creative and aesthetic nature, leading her to aspire to make every place she inhabits welcoming and comfortable. Her love for beauty and luxury has led her to develop a meticulous attention to detail and perfection. She loves nature in all its multiple aspects, offering aesthetics, well-being, and athleticism. She possesses a natural ability to connect with people, listening to them and creating synergies that have often proven to be
appropriate. Currently, she lives in Cortina D'Ampezzo with her two daughters, dedicating herself to the creation of floral accessories.
